Essential oils can support your lymphatic system, consequently helping your immune system. You can use essential oils to help boost your immune system and to cope with negative symptoms caused by issues in your lymphatic system.

You can apply any of these essential oils topically or add them to your diffuser!
Topical use: Apply 2-3 drops to bottoms of feet, down spine, and/or on any specific area of concern. After application, wash your hands to avoid getting any essential oils in your eyes.
Internal use: You can add 1-2 drops each of Tea Tree, Oregano and On Guard® to a veggie capsule and take internally. You can also use 1 drop of an internally safe essential oil for every 8 fluid ounces and drink it.
