Accepted Forms of Payment  

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, credit card, debit card, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed once payment has been received. We accept the following credit /debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

There is no surcharge for using your card. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the same as what your bank as on file associated with your account). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Order Acceptance Policy  

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Oil Life™ reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

 

 
Other Conditions  

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Oil Life™ signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products  

When a product is Out-of-Stock at Oil Life™ , you should not be able to add the item to your cart. However, there may be times when the product is out-of-stock and you can add it to your cart, which will delay fulfilling your order. Oil Life will keep the customer informed of any product(s) ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.

If Oil Life knows the product will be back in-stock within 3 business days your order will be put on hold, until the out-of-stock product(s) has arrived and is in-stock. If it will be longer than 3 business days for the item(s) to be in-stock then Oil Life will ship the order without the product(s) that are out-of-stock. You will receive a refund for the product(s) that are out-of-stock. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

 

 
Pre-Orders  

Occasionally, Oil Life™ will have product(s) available for Pre-Order. We recommend that you order the product(s) available for Pre-Order to be ordered separately from any other items you may want to order. Product(s) available for Pre-Order will be clearly marked in the product name, and description.

All orders that contain a pre-order item will be held in back-order status until all pre-order items are in stock. Pre-Orders are shipped in the order they are received and once the pre-order product(s) is in-stock. All pre-order orders will be shipped before any new orders with the now in-stock product(s).

Information Oil Life™ Collects

Oil Life keeps your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Oil Life, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and you create a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. We will not use your email or sell your email to any other party.

Email List

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to Oil Life, via e-mail. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

Contests and Giveaways

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email, or via facebook as that is where we have our giveaways. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to Oil Life. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

Use of Cookies

We do use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

This site may contain links to other sites, that are operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the operation or content of these other sites located on or through any such site.

Returns  

All Returns Must Be Pre-Approved

Most items can be returned to Oil Life™ up to 60 days after purchase. Returned items must be New and Unused. If the product is damaged before use then please also follow the steps below. Upon returning any items you agree to pay the return shipping costs.

To qualify, simply follow the steps below:

1. Fill out Our Contact Form Here and wait for further instructions.
2. You will be provided with a return address and further shipping information.

In order to ensure a reasonable receipt time, please allow us 3-5 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering. Oil Life™ will cover return shipping charges for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments.

Shipping premiums paid for expedited shipping cannot be refunded. Since we cannot refund more than the purchase price of the item, all return shipments that Oil Life™ is responsible for must be pre-approved through our returns department.

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, minus the return-shipping fee if applicable. We will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. After 30 days refunds are at the discretion of the management and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and will be issued a store credit ONLY.

We will not accept any returns for items that have visible marks of wear caused by the customer. Any returns that have visible marks of wear caused by the customer will be rejected and the customer will bear responsibility for claiming the item(s) from our warehouse.

Returns on Diffusers

All Diffusers In-Store 90 day Exchange Warranty ONLY

Manufacturers Warranties vary by diffuser and it is up to the customer to contact manufacturer after the 90 days. Diffusers are not eligible for a cash refund under any circumstance. Diffusers are eligible for a replacement or replacement parts while under the manufacturers warranty. See product details for manufacturers warranty lengths. Diffusers can not be returned only exchanged for the same or a similar diffuser within the exchange time frame, and when applicable by the manufacturers warranty.

If you are receiving a replacement diffuser please hold onto your diffuser until your replacement and or replacement part(s) arrive.

The Elevate Diffuser comes with a 90 day replacement warranty and a year manufacture warranty. It is not eligible for a cash refund under any circumstances. Oil Life will cover a replacement within 90 days from purchase. If additional problems occur, the diffuser must be sent back to:

Our returns department will test the diffuser and determine whether or not it is fixable or in working condition. If the diffuser truly does not work, we will ship out a new one at our cost (within the 90 days of purchase). If it is deemed as functioning, it will be up to the customer to pay shipping charges to receive the diffuser back. After 90 days the year manufacture warranty goes into effect and it is up to the customer to pay all shipping costs.

Returns on Books and Media

There will be no refunds given on books, ebooks, CDs or DVDs. Exchange only for same item if defective within 24 hours of receiving item.

 

 
Shipping Policy  

All orders from Oil Life™ typically take up to 3-4 business days to process and ship. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

If needing a rush option, which allows the order to be shipped the same day, the customer must pay a $25 rush fee. All Express Orders Must Be Received by 11 am in Order to Ship Same Day. This option is also dependent upon the choice of carrier and when that carrier picks up packages from the Oil Life warehouse.

Oil Life cannot and will not guarantee order arrival date. Any shipping or transit time offered to you by Oil Life or Tracking Numbers is an estimate. Oil Life encourages you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, or product availability or lack of availability.

Once an order has been placed we are unable change that order by adding or removing an item, or combining orders

 

 
Taxes  

Oil Life™ will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state as our retail locations. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

 

 
Typographical Errors  

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Oil Life™ has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Oil Life™ also has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Oil Life™ shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Oil Life™ also strives to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
