Starting Your Return

• Reach Out: Begin by emailing us at support@oillife.com for return approval.
• 30-Day Window: Most items are returnable within 30 days of purchase, provided they are new and unused.
• Shipping Responsibilities: Return shipping costs for changes of mind or incorrect ordering are the customer's responsibility. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Oil Life™ will cover the shipping costs.

What's Next?

• Processing Time: Allow us 3-5 business days to process your return after we receive the item.
• Shipping Method: We recommend using a traceable shipping service for your returns.
• Refunds & Exchanges: We'll notify you and issue a refund or store credit (minus any applicable return shipping fees) upon inspecting your return. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, subject to bank or credit card processing times. Note: A 5% restocking fee may apply for damaged, used, or defective items.

Important Information to Know

• Marketplace Purchases: Each vendor in our marketplace has a unique return policy. Please see unique policy for marketplace products on the product listing. 
• Item Condition: We only accept returns for items without visible wear caused by the customer. Items with wear will be rejected.
• Defective Diffusers: Only eligible for an exact product exchange, with no refunds or credits given. A 60-day replacement warranty applies.
• Books and Media: Exchanges only for defective items within 24 hours of receipt. No refunds available.
• Digital Products: As these are sent immediately after purchase, they are non-refundable.
• Damages and Issues: Contact us right away if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Exceptions: Sale items, gift cards, and digital downloads are non-returnable.
