Common Essential Oils You Can Apply Topically

Topical use: Apply 2-3 drops to the affected area.
*Avoid exposure to sunlight or UV rays for up to 12 hours after application.

Dilution: Use 1/2 teaspoon of a carrier oil, such as fractionated coconut oil, per 3 drops of essential oils.
Roller Blends: The easiest way to dilute essential oils for easy application is by adding your essential oils and carrier oil to a roller bottle.
How to use a roller bottle:
- Add your oils to the roller.
- Fill the roller the rest of way with a carrier oil.
- Roll to apply.
Common carrier oils: Fractionated coconut oil, almond oil, jojoba oil and avocado oil. Use whichever carrier oil you prefer.
