My name is Adabelle Carson and I’ve been teaching yoga for about 11 years. I’m a student of the late Larry Shultz who founded the Ashtanga based “It's Yoga” studio and Rocket Series. My Ayurvedic background includes studying with Dr. Vasant Lad of the Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico. I am a Yoga Alliance 500 hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with over 2000 hours of teaching experience as well as a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). As a Holistic Health Coach, Aromatouch Technique Trainer, and dōTERRA Diamond Wellness Advocate, I love to travel around the world to share the power of natural medicines and yoga. My husband of 24 years and I have raised our 5 amazing children in Springville, UT. I found yoga when it seemed on the outside all looked well, but in reality inward my soul cried out in sadness and my mind constantly overwhelmed with worry and fear. Postnatal depression and other forms of anxiety had me visiting the ER regularly. Because of yoga and eventually adding the use of essential oils to my practice, my inward healing began. For me yoga is a state of passive and active meditation. The mind becomes still and the body, through movement and breath, eliminates emotional, physical, and mental toxins; in the end connecting us to our higher self.
