Detailed description of Christian's journey:
Christian's journey in Direct Sales began around 18 years ago when he was hired on as an account manager for a direct selling company in Provo, Utah.
Christian was presented with the opportunity to work with distributors in Southern California and recalled watching how quickly brand new companies became six-figure earners within one year or less. Eventually, he left his corporate position and became a distributor.
In 2006, Christian began working with his second company -- the Healthy Chocolate Company -- marketing products and opening several international markets. Within six months, Christian worked his way up to the top of the company.
Five years after joining MXI, Christian began looking at other opportunities. He established close relationships with top leaders in several companies and immediately started setting up appointments with the executive management teams for these companies.
When he was finally introduced to the executive team of an essential oil company, and after discussing the company, how it started, the vision of the company and much more, Christian decided that this was the company he wanted to build a future with.
Christian became a Diamond Executive in his fourth month with the company and achieved the rank of Blue Diamond Executive within 12 months. And then there's Mark.
Detailed description of Mark's journey:
Mark was introduced to the network marketing industry back in the mid 90's by a company that now makes more than 1.5 billion dollars a year. How did he hear about this company?
Mark was introduced to this company via a cassette tape. After listening to the cassette tape, Mark had a better understanding of how the network marketing industry operated, how it differed from traditional business and how the industry was helping thousands of people create residual incomes -- Mark was fascinated and he wanted to know more.
Mark was then given the opportunity to travel to New Zealand, and then from New Zealand to Thailand, eventually ending up in the Philippines. He ended up spending a total of two years in these foreign countries working alongside top leaders in the company.
Mark later returned to New Zealand, started a cafe and graduated with two three-year hospitality management diplomas. He then traveled back to the United States where he met Christian Overton.
Christian approached Mark about a new company in 2007 and within 6 months he was working there full-time. Mark went on to create a multiple six-figure income and opened several international markets with that company.
In February of 2010, Mark joined the oil business and became the second fastest person to become a Diamond Executive IPC. Mark is currently a Blue Diamond Executive.
