All Shipping Returns Must Be Pre-Approved
Most items can be returned to Oil Life™ up to 30 days after purchase. Returned items must be New and Unused. Upon returning any items you agree to pay the return shipping costs.
In order to ensure a reasonable receipt time, please allow us 3-5 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering. Oil Life™ will cover return shipping charges for damaged/defective items and incorrect shipments.
Shipping premiums paid for expedited shipping cannot be refunded. Since we cannot refund more than the purchase price of the item, all return shipments that Oil Life™ is responsible for must be pre-approved by customer service.
After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the original form of payment or issue a store credit for the purchase price of the item, minus the return shipping fee if applicable. After 30 days refunds are at the discretion of the management and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and will be issued a store credit ONLY.
We will not accept any returns for items that have visible marks of wear caused by the customer. Any returns that have visible marks of wear caused by the customer will be rejected and the customer will bear responsibility for claiming the item(s) from our warehouse.

Returns on Diffusers
The process for returning a defective diffuser will depend on the manufacturer. Defective diffusers are eligible for an exact product exchange only. No refunds or credits will be given for diffusers. For all except Green Air diffusers, a 60 day replacement warranty from date of purchase will be given.

Returns on Books and Media
There will be no refunds given for books, ebooks, tear pads, kits, CDs or DVDs. Exchange only for the same item if defective within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Returns on Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are sent immediately after purchase. Therefore, no refunds will be given for any digital downloads purchased.
