The Oil Life Event Center features 3 gorgeous and spacious event rooms that can accommodate any group. Be comfortable holding an intimate meeting with your team or a large class for more than 200 oilers. Located above the Oil Life store and just across the street from doTERRA, you’ll find it’s the most convenient location for any class or event you may want to hold. 
 
Be ready for any type of class, DIY, or event with a fully-equipped kitchen at your disposal. With all the facilities you need, you’ll be ready for any need your audience may have. 
 
At Oil Life, we’re dedicated to making your event as effortless as possible. With top-of-the-line technology and the best audio and visual support, you’ll fully reach your audience. 
 
Enjoy easy access to tables, chairs, decor, projectors, audio equipment, whiteboard, wifi, and even more! We want to make your event as smooth and successful as possible.

Cleaning:

For a single room there is a $50 refundable cleaning fee. Two event rooms is $75. For all 3 event rooms there is a $100 refundable cleaning fee. See Event Clean-Up List for details about how to receive a cleaning refund.

 

Tables and Chairs:

Events will be given access to tables and chairs. Please indicate how many you will need at the time of booking. These are included in the event cost. We have round or classroom style tables.

 

Table Cloths:

Table cloths are available to rent. The rental fee is $10 per table cloth.

 

Setup:

Oil Life is not responsible for setup. If you would like Oil Life to set up for you it is $300 for the 3 Event Rooms, $125 for 2 event rooms, or $75 for a single event room.

 

Discounts:

If booking a space for 2 or more consecutive days, you can receive a 15% discount on event room prices.

 

Payment:

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure the event room.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30+ days before event – 100% refund
  • <30 days before event – 90% refund
  • 7 days before event – Set up, Table Cloth rental, Cleaning fee refund only
  • 48 hours before event – No refund
