Oil Classes NO A/V Equipment:

If an oil class is being held on a weekday and no audio or visual equipment is needed the event is free. The cleaning deposit and any linens still apply as stated below.

 

Oil Classes Using A/V Equipment:

If an oil class is being held between the hours of 9am-4pm on a week day the event is free. The cleaning deposit and any linen fees still apply as stated below. If an oil class is being held before 9am or after 4pm there is a $50 fee for the event along with the cleaning deposit and linen fees (if applicable).

Oil Classes NO A/V Equipment:

Oil Classes Using A/V Equipment:

If an oil class is being held between the hours of 9am-2pm on a weekend the event is free. The cleaning deposit and any linens still apply as stated below. If an oil class is being held before 9am or after 2pm there is a $50 fee for the event along with the cleaning deposit and linen fees (if applicable).

 

Cleaning:

For a single room there is a $50 refundable cleaning fee. Two event rooms is $75. For all 3 event rooms there is a $100 refundable cleaning fee. See Event Clean-Up List for details about how to receive a cleaning refund.

 

Tables and Chairs:

Events will be given access to tables and chairs. Please indicate how many you will need at the time of booking. These are included in the event cost. We have round, banquet or classroom style tables.

 

Table Cloths:

Table cloths are available to rent. The rental fee is $10 per table cloth.

 

Setup:

Oil Life is not responsible for setup. If you would like Oil Life to set up for you it is $300 for the 3 Event Rooms, $125 for 2 event rooms, or $75 for a single event room.

 

Discounts:

If booking a space for 2 or more consecutive days, you can receive a 15% discount on event room prices.

 

Payment:

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure the event room.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30+ days before event – 100% refund
  • <30 days before event – 90% refund
  • 7 days before event – Set up, Table Cloth rental, Cleaning fee refund only
  • 48 hours before event – No refund
