It’s generally believed that each physical ailment has an emotional root cause . . . and what’s one of the best ways to treat emotional root causes? Essential oils! One of our FAVORITE tools for helping treat emotional root causes using oils is the Emotions and Essential Oils book!
This book provides you with information on single oils, oil blends and supplements. Not only does the book explain what each oil or supplement is great for, but it provides you with both the associated negative and positive emotions for that oil/supplement.
Basically, the positive emotions are those that can be achieved using said oil/supplement and the negative emotions are those that can be banished by using said oil/supplement. Ready to try it out for yourself? Here’s how to use the Emotions and Essential Oils book:

- Ask yourself, how are you feeling? (Can be positive or negative emotion)
- Look up emotion in the “Emotions Index” (p. 147)
- Pick one (or more) of the oil suggestions + read about it

How to Use Emotions + Essential Oils Color Wheel
This color wheel is meant to supplement the Emotions and Essential Oils book and is GREAT for quick references. On one side of the wheel you have the “positive properties” and on the other you have the “negative properties.” Basically, you use the “positive” side to find the emotion you want to achieve and the subsequent recommended oils . . . and use the “negative” side to find the emotion you want to banish and the subsequent recommended oils.
