Crustless Veggie Quiche – Watch This Video!
This quiche recipe is a fun way to use leftover vegetables and cheese that you have taking up space in the fridge.
3-4 Cups Roasted, Grilled or Steamed Veggies (Cauliflower Florets, Broccoli Florets, Zucchini, Onions, Squash of any kind are my favorites)
1 Clove Garlic
1-2 Tbsp Butter
2 oz Feta Cheese
1-2 Roma Tomatoes cut into 1/4 inch half moons
6 Large Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Hot Sauce
2-3 drops DoTERRA Thyme CPTG Essential Oil
1 drop DoTERRA Rosemary CPTG Essential Oil
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium skillet melt butter add garlic clove and all pre cooked vegetables, coat with butter, remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Whisk together Eggs, Salt, Pepper, Hot sauce and Essential oils in small bowl.
Add vegetable mixture to a pre greased muffin tin.
Pour egg mixture into quiche over buttered and cooled vegetables. Arrange tomato slices and crumbled feta cheese over the top of quiche.
Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes until egg mixture is golden in color and set in the middle. You can check middle by poking with a toothpick or knife, when it comes out clean it is set.
Times will vary based on size and style of pan used and amount of ingredients used.
Rock’n Popcorn – Watch This Video!
A delicious and fun snack for any occasion.
2 large bowls air popped popcorn or two bags light butter microwave popcorn
3 tbs butter
½ cup Karo syrup
3 bars or white bakers chocolate- or 10oz bag of white chocolate chips
10 oz bag marshmallows
3 drops essential oil-citrus oils are my favorite
Sixlets Any color
In pan melt Butter, Karo syrup and white chocolate. Add 3 drops essential oil to melted chocolate.
Add marshmallows to chocolate mixture and stir until it is smooth.
Pour over popcorn and Sixlets
Spread on wax paper
Cool and enjoy
