Book More Classes and Grow Your Business

One sure way to grow your business is by BOOKING MORE CLASSES! You NEED to book classes, and regularly, if you want your business to continue growing. Here are some tips to make it happen.

Class Booking Blitz

Host a class booking blitz! You may recognize this tip from our Creating Momentum blog and that’s because this is a GREAT way to book more classes! See who can book the most classes by holding a text blitz challenge! We recommend that the challenge lasts 1-2 hours, but you can choose any period of time.

Always remember to keep texts short and create a few different scripts in advance. Each script should be tailored toward the different people you’re texting; this makes it easy for your team to copy and paste scripts quickly. For example, create scripts tailored toward friends, family, coworkers and so on.

Offer Incentives

Offer incentives for hosting classes! This is a great way to motivate your team members to hold classes. Some popular incentives include our affirmation cards, gemstone products, diffusers and bags!

Most of our gemstone products and bags are $30 and under. We even have several diffusers under $20 including our Whisper Diffuser, Sprout Diffuser and Blossom Diffuser!

Don’t Let it Become a Hobby

Don’t let your business become a hobby. What we mean by this is that if you don’t hold classes regularly or continually set goals to grow your business, it will simply become a hobby. Something you just do on the side.

If this is something you only want to do on the side, that’s great! However, if you are serious about turning this into a full-time job and truly want your business to grow, you need to hold classes consistently.

Always Plan Ahead

How do you prevent this from becoming just a hobby? Plan ahead! You should ALWAYS have a class planned. That way, anytime you hand out a sample, you have a class to invite people to!

This will make sharing samples even more effective because it gives you an opportunity to open up a discussion about essential oils and your upcoming class!

Use our January Calendar to plan out the rest of your month and set a goal to host at least one class this month! If you don’t have enough time to prep for a class this month, start planning a class for February and every month after that!

Hold DIY Classes

It’s much easier to show someone how great essential oils are than it is to tell them. That’s why we highly encourage incorporating DIY experiences into EVERY class!

DIY experiences are on of the best ways to give people hands-on experience with essential oils. Not only that, but they get people excited about your class!

Whether they’re excited about the oils themselves, having the chance to make goodies OR both, DIY experiences are a great way to get everyone excited about your classes.

Probably the most important part of your job . . . sharing the oils! How can you get people excited about essential oils if you don’t share the oils with them? You can’t! People must be able to see, smell and EXPERIENCE essential oils if you want them to take an interest in oils.

Show your friends and family how great essential oils are by handing out samples, inviting them to your upcoming classes and (of course) giving them a copy of our A-Z Guide or Essential Quick Reference!
